We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date (as per the courier’s tracking) to request a return
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags/labels intact and in the original packaging. Keep your order confirmation or receipt.
2) How to Start a Return

within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Unboxing photos (see Section 3 for damaged/incorrect items)
We’ll confirm eligibility and share a return shipping label or self-ship instructions.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged/defective or if you received the wrong item.
Share clear photos/video of the parcel, outer label, inner packaging, and the item.
If confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping.
4) Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, etc.): Customer pays the return shipping. We can arrange a pickup where available (fee deducted from refund) or you may self-ship.
Our error/quality issue (Section 3): We pay for return shipping.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
5) Exchanges
For the fastest service, please place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
If you prefer a direct exchange, let us know in your return request; availability is not guaranteed.
6) Refund Method & Timelines
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item(s).
Processing time: within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank/card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded as store credit or bank transfer (share UPI/bank details in your request).

7) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Innerwear, socks, swimwear, and opened personal care/beauty items
Customised/personalised products
Perishables/food items
Digital downloads, gift cards, and final-sale/clearance items marked “Non-returnable”
Hazardous materials (including flammable liquids/gases)
Health devices and smart gadgets once seals are broken (manufacturer warranty may apply)

8) Condition Checks & Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse or issue a partial refund if returned items are used, damaged, missing tags/accessories, or not in original packaging.
